These terms apply to your use of deals.homesellersusa.com (the "Site"), run by The Conglomerate Holdings Group ("we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting the form you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is a sign-up page for a free 7-day trial of real estate data software made by a separate company (the "Provider"). After you give us your name and email, we send you to the Provider's own website to create your trial account.
- We are an independent affiliate. We are not the Provider, we are not owned by it, and it does not endorse this Site.
- We may earn a commission if you become a paying customer of the Provider. It costs you nothing extra.
- The trial, any payment, renewal, cancellation and the software itself are governed only by the Provider's terms and pricing, shown on its website before you sign up. Please read them. Any charges after the trial are made by the Provider, not by us.
- Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We describe the software in good faith using the Provider's published information, and features may change.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. The Site is meant for people in the United States who work in or invest in real estate.
3. Your information and emails
You agree to give your real name and an email address you own. By submitting the form you agree that we may email you about your trial and about tools and tips for finding real estate deals. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. No promise of results
We do not promise that you will find deals, make sales or earn any money. Your results depend on your own work, your market and many things outside our control. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions.
5. Contacting property owners lawfully
If you use the Provider's tools to contact property owners (for example by phone, text, ringless voicemail, mail or email), you are responsible for following the laws that apply, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National and state Do Not Call rules, the CAN-SPAM Act and state real estate and solicitation laws.
6. Using the Site
Do not misuse the Site, for example by submitting someone else's details, sending spam or automated sign-ups, trying to break its security, or copying its content for commercial use without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site or the Provider's software, including that they will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or of the Provider's software. Our total liability to you for anything to do with the Site is limited to US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims and costs caused by your breach of these terms or by your unlawful use of the Provider's tools.
10. Other websites
The Site links to the Provider's website and to others, such as Meta's. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
11. Changes and general
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where The Conglomerate Holdings Group is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.
