This page (deals.homesellersusa.com) is run by The Conglomerate Holdings Group ("we", "us"). It lets you ask for a free trial of real estate data software, then sends you to the software provider's own sign-up page. Daft Planet Media LLC, our marketing agency, hosts this page and handles the information below on our behalf and only on our instructions.

In short: we keep the name and email you give us, use them to send you your trial details and related emails, and use Meta's tools to measure our adverts. We do not sell your details for money. You can unsubscribe, opt out of ad tracking, or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing tosin314@gmail.com.

What we collect

What you give us: your name and email address.
Collected automatically: your IP address (we store only a scrambled, hashed version), browser and device type, the page that sent you here, which advert or link you clicked, where on this page you click or tap and how far you scroll (never anything you type), and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies: a first-party cookie that recognises a returning visitor, and the Meta pixel's cookies (_fbp, _fbc) that tell Meta which advert you came from.

How we use it

To take you to the free trial and send you your trial details.
To send you a small number of follow-up emails about your trial and about finding real estate deals. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop when you use it.
To measure and improve our adverts, and to see which adverts bring people who are interested.
To keep the page secure and stop spam or abuse.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools

We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. When you visit, the pixel tells Meta a page view happened. When you submit the form, we tell Meta a sign-up happened, from your browser and from our server. With the sign-up we send your email address and name in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address and your browser type. Meta uses this to match the sign-up to its own users and to measure and deliver adverts, under Meta's Privacy Policy. Meta may use it to show you or people like you adverts.

You can control this:

Change your ad settings in Facebook or Instagram under Ad preferences.
Opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org.
Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. When we see it, this page does not load the Meta pixel and does not send your sign-up to Meta.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run this page and our emails for us (hosting, email delivery), only to provide that service.
Meta, as described above, for advertising measurement.
Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not pass your name or email to the software provider. You enter your own details on its sign-up page, and from then on its own privacy policy applies. We are an independent affiliate and may earn a commission if you become a paying customer.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws (for example California's), sharing data with Meta for advertising can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out of that by emailing us with the subject "Do not sell or share", or by using Global Privacy Control.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and email for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them. Visit records are kept for up to 13 months. Then they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other US states), you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for targeted advertising. Email tosin314@gmail.com. We will confirm who you are using your email address and reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You can also ask someone to act for you if they have your written permission.

Security and where it is stored

Your details are stored on secured servers run by our agency, which may be outside your state or country, with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This page is for adults aged 18 or over who work in or invest in real estate. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we will delete them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Big changes will be shown on this page before they apply.
